I offer a free 30-minute consultation to discuss your needs and explore how I can assist you. Get in contact.

I offer a safe place for you to come and talk in a confidential manner. I will undertake a thorough assessment from which we will look at your needs, goals and hopes for therapy. Together we can then create a treatment plan that is individual to your needs.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy

Session rate (50 Minutes) £90

I offer 1-1 therapy sessions using CBT to navigate you through a range of issues you may be facing. Together we can look at how your thoughts, feelings & behaviours affect one another. Explore patterns of thinking and then work to find alternative ways to make each day easier to navigate. If required we can blend in EMDR sessions.

Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing

Session rate (50 Minutes) £90

I offer 1-1 therapy session using EMDR to help you reprocess traumas from childhood to recent events, We can also use EMDR for some anxiety conditions and/or depression.
